Manuscript Publishing
Where I would be a manuscript for Mr. Steve Spielberg to read and publish a movie or think it?
I have published several short stories written, which I try and I am trying to contact Mr. Spielberg on the manuscripts with him, that he consider sending them accordingly. I think they would all to make fantastic movies.
Hello. Believe it or not, I'm actually in the process of working on film rights to several Hollywood companies for my new Fantasy book, The Bounty BLACKGLOOM. The only thing is they all have in common is that they do not look at your stuff if you are unagented. This is to protect them from possible lawsuits to protect for plagiarism. So work is to find an agency that you will rep, then prepare a presentation that will knock your socks off. Once that happens, you may have (realistically) have a one in 100,000 views in Hollywood actually read your material. This is not my stats – is this what I of all I am working there were told. The chances are soooooo slim, even for a highly rated new book, like mine, that if you go it alone, you will just wasting your time. That's not to say that it can not happen. I just wanted to give you the inside scoop of how things really are. I've been through the process already over 3 months now and still no definitive answer.
